Ryan Larson
Ryan was born & raised in Black Diamond. He apprenticed at OK Tire then started his own business 10 years ago. Ryan’s biggest loves are his two boys, Riley & Jace. They enjoy dirt bike racing, camping, playing hockey as well as Ryan coaching his kids hockey teams.
Ann Arkes
Ann wasn’t born & raised here but has been here 27 years and has raised her family here. Ann has been with the company since the beginning. She lives in Turner Valley with her husband Ron and her favorite past-time is hanging out with her family & 4 grandkids!
Terry Klassen
Terry was born & raised in the Foothills Area. He apprenticed at OK Tire and was Ryan’s Automotive teacher. Terry lives in Longview with his wife Rose and daughter Tammy, and will find Terry enjoying the outdoors every chance he gets.
Tyler Whiteside
Tyler was also born & raised in Black Diamond. He has been our tire installer and clean up guy for 3 years and now has started his apprenticeship with us. Tyler is also into hockey in a big way!

About Us
Ryan started Fired-Up Automotive July 4th, 2005 – he claims it was his “Independence Day”. The first location was a one bay shop in Turner Valley and he was the only mechanic, within 6 months the business had grown, he had to move to the old Flare Auto Shop and hire an additional mechanic and a service writer. Once again the business grew and the 3 bay building became too small. Ryan decided the time had come and it was time to build the beautiful and very efficient building we are in today. We now have 2 full time mechanics, 1 full time apprentice, and a full time front end staff as well as 5 bays to service you better.
It is our goal at Fired-Up Automotive to deliver honest and professional repairs and guaranteed service to the people of the Foothills.We have built an outstanding reputation for high quality service and repairs, the knowledge and expertise of our staff and the honesty in which we treat our valued customers keep us busy. We believe in quality, most of our customers initially came to us on a recommendation for a friend or family member. We will always go the extra mile to prove to you our shop will meet or exceed your expectations. We are firm believers in you never need to be sold anything your vehicle doesn’t require!
